Given:

Pure inductor of inductance 0.1H is connected

to an AC Source (of rms voltage) 220 V and angular frequency of 300Hz.

To find:

RMS value of current .

Calculation:

Let inductive reactance be

 \therefore \: X_{L} =  \omega \times L

  =  >  \: X_{L} =  300 \times 0.1

  =  >  \: X_{L} =  30 \: ohm

RMS value of current can be calculated by the ratio of of RMS voltage and inductive reactance.

  \therefore \: I_{rms} =   \dfrac{V}{ X_{L}}

   =  > \: I_{rms} =   \dfrac{220}{ 30}

   =  > \: I_{rms} =   7.33 \: amp

So , final answer is:

   \boxed{ \rm{ I_{rms} =   7.33 \: amp}}
