Blood contains RBC cells and when we drop it in water the cells of RBC will be exploded ,when seen under the microscope.

This will happen because the water will act as a hypotonic solution for RBCs. The cells will gain water and burst and that so because RBC cells don't contain cell wall or thick cell membrane to resist water and become turgid.
