(i) The last time i had my eyes tested was 2 years ago.

(ii) We need to get this document tested as soon as possible.

In the first sentence, the sentence should start with the right chronological order which was the last time.

Then it shifts to the subject of the sentence which are the eyes and the topic which is that they're tested 2 years ago.

Hence that will be the correct order of the sentences.

In the second sentence, the sentence should start with we need as that is the urgency.

Then it shifts to the subject and the topic of the sentence.

Hence the correct order of the sentence.
