Putting on load into a trolley increases its friction with the ground .why?

yes because when we put a load on trolley it increases its friction because by putting load mass increases. when mass is high the vehicle tires can create large friction. hence the vehicle stops...

frictional force is the opposing force acting in the opposite direction of the object. in this case as the trolley has been loaded the frictional or opposing force increases in order to stop or oppose the motion of trolley
