The format is as follows:

First set of number:

The first letter of the month in its equivalent numerical order

(That is, A = 1, B = 2, C = 3 ..... Z = 26)

Second set of number:

The month in its numerical value

(That is, Jan = 1, Feb = 2, Mar = 3 ... Dec = 12)

Third set of number:

The number of letters in the word form of the month

(That is, January has 7 letters, February has 6 letters .... )

Apply the logic to the month of September:

The letter S is the 19th letter ⇒ 19

The numeric value of of the month September is 9

The number of letters in September = 9

Therefore the number is 1999

Answer: 1999
