Let the first leg be x and second leg be y.
Then,
h^2=x^2+y^2
=)20×20=16^2+y^2
=)y=root 144
=)y=12 cm
Hence, the other leg is 12 cm.
Hope it helps u.

Hypotenuse^2=base^2+height^2
20^2=16^2+h^2
400=256+h^2
h^2=400-256
h^2=144
h=
 \sqrt{144}
h=12 cm
