First u will have to find out total resistance of parallel resistors by 1/R1+1/R2=resistance of parallel
i.e. 1/8+1/8=2/8
2/8=1/4
adding 1/4+4=1+16/4
=17/4
therefore R=17/4
V=IR
2=I*17/4
I=17/8
