Q.1 A candle is held 3 cm. away from a concave mirror whose radius of curvature is 24 cm. Where is the image formed? What is the nature of the image?​

radius of curvature= -24cm

then focus= -12cm

object distance = -3 cm (Given)

it means object is between pole and focus and

We know that,

if the object is between pole and focus then image formed behind the mirror ( this is exception case)

size of image= enlarged

nature = virtual and erect
