ᴀɴsᴡᴇʀ:

  • ratio of 1800 : 2400 = 3 : 4

  • return ration = 3x : 4x

  • 3x+4x = 1400
  • 7x = 1400
  • x = 200

so they receive 600 and 800 respectively.
