Q.1. An electron is in a vacuum near the surface of the Earth. Where should a second
electron be placed so that the net force on the first electron, due to the other electron and
to gravity, is zero? [3]​

physically it is not possible . you have to think that gravitatinal force is towards the centre of the earth and electeostatic force pulls first electron far from it

and magnitude of second electron is not changed direction is same so these forces add up and cannot be zero but as you asked i answered
