Q.1 Can you teach me this number = (+9)-(-5)+(-3)= ?

Let's see.....
You have to keep these points in mind.
Product of two negative numbers will always be positive number.
Product of any positive number with a negative number is always negative and vice versa.
And, Product of two positive number is always a positive number.
In short ,
(-ve) * (-ve) = (+ve)
(-ve) * (+ve) = (-ve)
(+ve) *( -ve) = (-ve)
(+ve) * (+ve) = (+ve)

(+9)-(-5)+(-3)
= 9 +5 -3 = 11.
