Boiling is possible only at a fix temperature.
Evaporation can take place on any temperature but blow the boiling point.
In the process of boiling we will not get vapours.
In the process of evaporation we will get vapours.
when we'll will give heat energy to water then the temperature of water will rise continue in this time we will get evapouration.
But when it will come at 100 degree (Boiling point of water) then the temperature will not rise and release gas due to letend heat of vepouration. this is boiling.

Evaporation takes place at all temperatures, while boiling occurs at a particular temperature. ... Evaporation takes place from the surface, whereas the entire liquid boils. 3. Evaporation can occur using the internal energy of the system, while boiling requires an external source of heat.
