42 = 18 + 10 + x

42 - 28 = x

x = 14

so sides of triangle are 18,14,10

a = 18

b = 14

c = 10

s = 42/2 = 21

area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=> √21(21-18)(21-14)(21-10)

=>  √21*3*7*11

=>  √3*7*3*7*11

=> 3*7√11

=> 21√11
