1Ans) The students feel little disturbed and would tell that my suggestions have a great drawback in them if followed.
2Ans) In that situation, my teacher will think about the situation which could happen if my suggestions were followed. If the situation have the chances to happen right, she'll say that my suggestions are good to follow.
