Here in the figure two tangents at A & C meets at the point B

We know that at the point of Tangency, Tangent to a circle is always perpendicular to the radius.

So OC is perpendicular to BC & OA is perpendicular to AB

∴ ∠ ABC + ∠ AOC = 360° - ( 90° + 90° )

∴ ∠ ABC + ∠ AOC = 180°

∴ ∠ AOC = 180° - 25° = 155°
