At the Calcutta Session (September 1920) the programme of the movement was clearly stated.

At the Nagpur Session (1920) of Gandhi linked the issue of Swaraj with the Khilafat demands and adopted the non-cooperation plan to attain the twin objectives.

In Calcutta session of INC was non coperation accepted and Nagpur session it adopted.Don't be confused!
