Q. 1 List 3-3 examples Igneous
Sedimentary and Metamorphic
rocks each and mention their uses in our life.
*please answer this question*
Answers
Answer:
sedimentary rocks are formed by the soil that deposit at the banks of rivers.where as metamorphic rocks are the mixture of igneous and sedimentary rock ,igneous rocks are the rocks that are formed by the lava of volcanoes and sedimentary rocks are given above.

Answer:
What are some examples of igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks?
Igneous rocks are also called volcanic rocks and formed due to the cooling of melting magma. these are very strong rocks and examples include Granite, diorite, gabro, peridotite, obsidian, basalt, pumic, andisite, biodite.
Sedimentary Rocks are formed due to the accomulation of sediments. examples are sandstone, limestone, marl, shale, siltstone, conglomerate, coal, dolomite etc.
Metamophic rocks are formed due to the heat and high pressure under the earth. examples are slate, schist, gneiss, phylite, marble, quartz etc.
One rock can transform into another rock through metamorphism, crystallization and erosion.
As the magma cools, different crystals form at different temperatures, undergoing crystallization. For example, the mineral olivine crystallizes out of magma at much higher temperatures than quartz.
Metamorphism may change the mineral composition and the texture of the rock. For that reason, a metamorphic rock may have a new mineral composition and/or texture.
I tried my best to explain the all types of rocks and trust will help you too.
