1. Given Cost of 4m cloth = Rs 228

Now, cost of 1 m cloth = 228/4 = Rs 57

a ) Cost of 15 m of the cloth = 15 × 57

= Rs 855

 Let \: x \:m \: of \:cloth \: bought \:at \:Rs \:627

 x = \frac{627}{cost \:of \:1\:m \:cloth }\\= \frac{627}{57} \\=  11\:m

 Let \: l \:and \: b \:are \: length \:and \: breadth \\of \: a \: rectangle

 l : m = 5 : 4 \: (given)

 Let \: l = 5x , \:and \: b = 4x

 b = 80 \:cm \:(given)

 \implies 4x = 80

 \implies x = \frac{80}{4} = 20

 Now, \: l = 5x = 5 \times 20 = 100 \:cm

 3 ) x , 36 \:and \: 27 \: are \: in \: continued \\proportion

  \pink { If \: a,b\:c \:are \:in \: continued }\\\pink {proportion \:then \:b^{2} = ac }

 \implies 36^{2} = x \times 27

 \implies x = \frac{ 36 \times 36 }{27} \\= 48
