Ozymandias was a man who was drunk with power, pelf and authority. He had nothing but contempt for others. He considered them just insignificant mortals. He claimed himself to be the ‘king of kings’. He was mighty proud of his great works and wonderful achievements. He threw a challenge to all the mighty and powerful persons of the world to compare themselves with him. They would be overawed by his great deeds and works.
