Hello!!
a)The general name of rigid form of matter is solids.
b)The general name of fluid form of matter is liquids.
The full form of CNG is compressed natural gas.
It can be used as a gas fuel, and can be used in the place of petrol (gasoline).
It is methane stored with high pressure.
The full form of LPG is liquified petroleum gas.
it is mainly used in the domestic purposes like for cooking food. it is stored in the ordinary gas cylinders.
Steel is used to make railway lines. because, if we use iron instead of steel, then the iron easily undergoes rusting in the environment. This rusting is mostly seen in the case of iron. when the atmospheric oxygen forms oxides on this iron, the process then happens is corrosion/rusting.
we use stainless stell because it is free of rusting.
Air is used to inflate tyres because it can be compressible upto some extent of pressure.
Hope it helps!!
