When water containing a soap or any washing pawder is stirred vigorously ,it produces form that floats on water .
All less dense objects floats on water ,although form has almost the same density as water ,the difference comes in that form has filled air hence it is less dence than water
The air in it occupies a larger volume hence it floats ..form itself is a polystyrene
