First we have to find the L.C.M of denominators of both fraction.

L.C.M of 2 and 5 is 10

[Putting values]

 \frac{ - 3 \times 5}{2 \times 5}  =  \frac{ - 15}{10}

 \frac{ - 6 \times 2}{5 \times 2}  =  \frac{ - 12}{10}

Hence, Option (B) is the correct answer.
