Because of environmental stresses, always the expected performance is not fit to the amount of used chemical fertilizer, so excess fertilizer contaminates the environment.in addition, the reliance on chemical fertilizer can reduce the level of legume cultivation, which that increases the use of fertilizer and reduces.

It is not advisable to use fertilisers for a long terms.

Explanation:

Because the harmful chemicals in the fertilisers like zinc, lead, cadmium, chromium and even arsenic make the organic products harmful to use.

On the other hand , the fertility of the soil is increased to such an extent that  we can gigantic watermelons and vegetables which look delicious and give more profit to the farmers . But this happens  because all the fertility of the soil is used by only one plant and after the plant is harvested there is no fertility remaining in the soil which may give profit for a short term but may prove a lost in the long term.

Hence,we can say that excessive use or a long term use of cheical fertilizers is not advisable.
