Answer:

1.)Trading communities were small, uncentralised but famous and talented communities. Like gold- works and Indian spices such as black pepper we're highly famous and we'll known during ancient times. For Example- Spice- dealer Reddy of Koyambettur (a famous communiy of Tamil Nadu), Goldsmiths and metal workers of Amber (now Jaipur), Rajasthan.

2.) Economic Activity means doing a certain work or activity to earn for livelihood. Such as fishing, manufacturing, etc.

3.) Business is considered as an economic activity as there is a point of earning profit

(money) for livelihood by the process of transferring wished-goods and claiming back some money thus following Demand-and-Supply formula.

4.) Business should have a social objective as it's perspective is social (interacting with people) and should support the Involvers-both the host (businessman) and receiver (customer) to gain something then only it is termed as a successful and profitable activity.

5.) it helps both the businessman and customer to gain-money and some product, as business is done to help the host (businessman) earn some money and the receiver (customer) to get his wishlist.

hope it helps...
