                                         Board Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given to conduct a meeting for the Resident's Welfare Association on the matter of frequent power cuts in our area from last one week.

Meeting will be held on 27.08.2022, Sunday at 10 AM at the secretary office of our colony.

The following items of agendas are need to be discussed:

• To welcome the members by the President
• Matter of frequent power cuts to be discussed
• Suggestion to improve to be taken

All of the members are requested to please attend the meeting on time. Please be available at 10 AM sharp. If the meeting is not started on the given time, it will be adjourned for next 15 minutes if quorum is not maintained and take place from 10.15 AM. In the adjourned meeting, no quorum is necessary.
