Answer of Q 10.

Given, a blend of tea had 60%of type 'A' and 40% of type B.

To find, quantity of each A and B in 5kg of tea!

solution:

  • quantity of type A:
  • 60% of 5kg tea
  • 60/100 × 5
  • 6/2
  • 3kg

Hence, there is 3kg of type A in 5kg tea

now,

  • quantity of type B:
  • 40% of 5kg tea
  • 40/ 100 × 5
  • 4/2
  • 3kg

hence, there in 2 kg of type B in 5kg tea!

Answer of question you have asked me in my question! (given in attachment)

to find overall percentage we have to add all the numbers given us!

48/50 + 44/50 + 50/50 + 45/50 + 48/50 = 235/250.

Now, we have to multiply it with 100 so that we can get the overall percentage!

  • 235/250 ×100
  • 235/ 5 x 2
  • 47 ×2
  • 94%

Hence overall percentage you got is 94%

Hope this helps you!
