BE is median
ar(∆BED)=ar(∆ABE)
ar(∆ABE)= 1/2ar(∆ABD)
from 1
ar(∆ABE)= 1/4ar(∆ABC )..........2
in ∆ABE
BF is median
ar(∆ABF) =ar(∆BFE)
ar(∆ABF)=1/2ar(∆ABE)=1/4ar(∆ABD)=1/8ar(∆ABC)
