Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that l am Raj a student of your school. I read in class x. And my roll number is 5.Last sunday I went to Goa and there I was caught in cold. Therefore I am feeling ill. I went to hospital for my illness due to cough and fever. The doctor prescribed me to take rest. So I need two days leave so that I can recover or improve myself.
If you grant my prayer I shall be grateful to you for ever.
