Air expands in area causing the fully air tight tyre to expand more which eventually bursts the tyre. In normal condition air molecules are close to each other but when air is heated due to hot climate, air molecules moves far from each other causing air to expand.

A cycle tube when kept in sun burst after sometimes because outside the temperature is high due to that the kinetic energy increases and the molecules of gas particles inside exerts pressure on walls of tube so it will continued to expanse and there a stage will come that the cycle tube will burst.
