Q.12 The Condition on which Charge can move in conductor are:-

(i) When comparatively more free electron are found on that conductor.

(ii) When substance have more conductance.

(iii) When the Substance have less resistance.

The device which is used to maintain this condition is STABILIZER, which make the flow of charge higher or make it stable.
