  • Sum of two rational numbers = -3
  • One of the number = -7/5

To find :-

  • Other number

Solution :-

★ Let the other number be x

According to the question

→ x + (-7)/5 = -3

→ x = 7/5 - 3

→ x = 7 - 15/5

→ x = -8/5

Hence,

  • Other rational number is -8/5
