I'm nitin I'm from RUPNAGAR. we have faced a lot of problem in our locality regarding of the street light we cannot see anything on road it's dark we cannot recognize that were is the road or sewage drains many accidents are took place in this road because of no street light some lights have gone out and some one will not work I have sent many letters to you but no response so please make an article using this information
