power is defined as work done by system/total time taken it will give us a idea about in 1 sec how much work will it do,

so

power=work/time taken

put work in joules and time in seconds.

it's s.i.unit is w(watt)

so in question 400=work/2×60(time in second)

work=48000 joule it's same as electric energy (reason is work done by system using current is electrical energy)
