I will explain it so that you can understand easily..
You know that Force = Mass × Acceleration
So Firstly find that and Then You have to Apply Newton's Third Law...
So Stepwise solved this answer As Follows :

F=ma. (Force = Mass×Acceleration)

5*104 = (3*107) a

a = (5/3)*10-3
This is the acceleration.

 

Now, By newton’s third law of motion,

v2 – u2 =2as

v2 – 02 = (2)*(5/3)*(10-3)(3)

v2 = 10-2

v = 0.1 m/s. Ans.
