Respected sir,
As you know,Rachna nagar is an area known for it's increased numbers of colleges, schools and other institutions making it the nuclei of urbanization in Dewas. But along with some pros there comes some cons to a city being urbanized. Some of them are the increase in crime rate. Rachna nagar is not different in that way from other urbanized cities. We the people who live here are having to continuously fear for our safety. It is not my intention to find holes in your speckless duty of giving us safety. But it is not sufficient enough to fulfill or stop the crime rates in Rachna. Among many crimes the presidingly visible one is chain snatching. This I think is due to the increased number of jewellery condiment shops in our city. Whatever the reason; chain snatching has become an issue of concern for all the people who reside in Rachna nagar. Our neighbour's silver necklace got stolen yesterday. If it was not for my uncle being there, our neighbour and her family would have endangered their life and would have also lost a necklace which was precious to them for reasons more than one. This is not the first time such a thing has happened. Every where I go I see people talking about the chain thievery that either tool place in their home or in that of their closed ones and relatives. Seeing this is making me question the safety levels of Rachna nagar which in turn made me write this letter to you. This letter is on the behalf of all the people of Rachna nagar and not only me. We are scared for our safety and hence demand our fundamental right to safe living. We do hope you will take action and figure out a way to stop more of such chain snatching events. Do keep it in mind that this issue is not something to be left for the future. Immediate action is to be taken from your side.

I want to invite your kind attention towards the rising rate growing of chain snatching in my area.
From the past two months chain snatching is the worst fear for our area. Women and young girls fear to go alone in the evenings. their chains and their valuable are stolen. Anti-social elements move freely without any fear. They strike when they see a lonely women or a girl. Life as become very fearful due to high rate of crime.
Many people has been murdered, last week a Old man was returning home from the groceries, he had an gold chain and two rings, two men came in a bike and tried to take the chain when the old man was trying to save himself they killed in cold blood and took the gold chain and two rings.
Under the circumstances, I request you to look into the matter without delay. Please take a strict action against the criminals. The policemen not discharging their duties sincerely should be punished. I hope these steps shall help in bringing down the crime.
