I don’t know why people tell adrenal glands . The movement of muscle is no where related to adrenal gland . Only the efficiency in movement of muscles is related to adrenal gland in emergency situations . This movement is caused by special proteins present in the human muscles . For movement of muscles to take place , the shape of muscles and cellular arrangement should change . This change is done by the special proteins present . This is similar to the changing of water content in plants to cause movement of cells.
