Step-by-step explanation:

there are 52 cards in a deck

13 of spades, 13 of clubs, 13 of diamonds, 13 of hearts.

we don't need red cards hence we remove hearts and diamonds

hence here we are left with 26 cards

we also don't need the king's hence we remove both black king's

now we are left with 24 cards

hence probability of card neither being a red card nor a black king is 24/52

which is equal to 6/13

hope this helps
