Q.18. From the top of a 60 m high building, the angles of depression of the top and the
bottom of tower are 45 and 60 respectively. Find the height of the tower.

tan 60= heigth of building / distance between tower and building

      1.73/ 1 = 60 m / x

             x = 34.32 m

tan 45 = y / distance between tower and building

          y = distance between tower and building  ( tan 45 = 1 / 1 )

          y  = 34.32 m

Heigth of tower = heigth of building - y

                            = 60 m - 34.32 m

                            =  25.32 m
