Given:

f=150Hz

T=\frac{1}{f} \\T=\frac{1}{150}

T=6.67ms

\text { Duty cycle, } \mathrm{D} \%=\left(\mathrm{t}_{\text {Low }} / \mathrm{T}\right) \times 100 \%

=(\frac{2.5ms}{6.67ms} }) \times 100 \%

=0.374\times100\%

=37.5 \%

The correct option is "d"

Hence the answer of duty cycle of the  circuit is 37.5%
