T=6.67ms

$\text { Duty cycle, } \mathrm{D} \%=\left(\mathrm{t}_{\text {Low }} / \mathrm{T}\right) \times 100 \%$

$=(\frac{2.5ms}{6.67ms} }) \times 100 \%$

$=0.374\times100\%$

$=37.5 \%$
