Q.19. If the cost of 2 pencils is Rs. 160, find the cost of 18 such pencils. Also
find the cost of 2 dozen such pencils.​

Hey friend, this is the answer -

Cost of 2 pencils = Rs.160

So, cost of 1 pencil = 160/2

                               = Rs. 80

Cost of 18 pencils = Cost of 1 pencil * 18

                              = 80 * 18

                              = Rs.1440

Cost of 2 dozen pencils = Cost of 1 pencil * 24

                                        = 80 * 24

                                        = Rs.1920
