Let radii of bases of cylinder and cone be

 r_{1} \: and \:  r_{2} \: and  \: height \:  be \:  h.

\pi  r \frac{2}{1}  =  \frac{1}{3}\pi r \frac{2}{2}  h

 \frac{r \frac{2}{1} }{r \frac{2}{2} }  =  \frac{1}{3}

 \frac{r1}{r2}  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }

r1:r2 = 1: \sqrt{3}
