Given :-

Rs 3500 is to be shared among three people

First person gets 50% of second person

Second person gets 50% of third person

Solution :-

Let the third person be x

Second person gets 50% of third person

Therefore,

50/ 100 * x = x / 2

First person gets 50% of second person

Therefore,

50/100 * x / 2 = x/ 4

Let's add all three shares,

x + x/2 + x/4 = 3500

4x + 2x + x / 4 = 3500

7x = 3500 * 4

x = 3500 * 4 / 7

x = 500 * 4

x = 2000

So, Third person has 2000Rs

Second person = x/ 2 = 2000/ 2 = 1000Rs

First person = x/ 4 = 2000 / 4 = 500Rs

\bigstarGiven:

  • Rs 3500 is to be shared among three people

  • First person gets 50% of second person.

  • Second persons gets 50% of third person.

\bigstarTo Find:

  • How much Rs will each of them will get?

\bigstarSolution:

  • Let C's share bex

  • Then, B's share = 50 / 100 × x = 1 / 2 x= x / 2

  • Then, A's share = 50 / 100 × x / 2 = 25 / 100 x = 1 / 4 x = x / 4

  • x + x / 2 + x / 4 = 3500

  • (4 x + 2 x + x) / 4 = 3500

  • 7x / 4 = 3500

  • 7 x = 3500 x 4

  • x = 3500 x 4 / 7

  • x = 500 x 4

  • x = 2000

Amount of C = 2000 Rs

Amount of A = 2000/4 = 500 Rs

Amount of B = 2000/2 = 1000 Rs
