Hi friend!

A Fahrenheit and a Celsius thermometers are dipped in a hot liquid. The Celsius thermometer reads 80° C. The temperature registered by Fahrenheit thermometer will be 176°1 F.

▪Formula : (C° ×  \frac{9}{5}) + 32 = F

▪Equation :

80°C ×  \frac{9}{5} + 32

F = 176°1

▪Other method to find :

80 × 2 = 160

less 10% is 80 - 16 = 144

Then, 144 + 32 = 176° F

The formula to calculate is [°C] = ([°F] − 32) × 5⁄9 degrees celsius

=176 F

Therefore, the temperature registered by fahrenheit thermometer will be 176°1 F
