Given,
an = 301
a = 5
d = 6
n = n

Formula,
an = a + (n-1)d

Substituting the values,
301 = 5 + (n-1)(6)

301 = 5 + 6n - 6

6n = 301 + 6 - 5

6n = 301 + 1

6n = 302

n = 50.3

n cannot be in the form of decimals or fractions..
Thus, 301 is not the term of the given AP..

Hope, the answer helps you..
