Q.2. In quadrilateral PQRS, (Fig.16.26) PR I QS and PR = 16cm, QS = 25 cm. Find the area of quadrilateral PQRS.

area of quadrilateral = 1/2×d(h1+h2)

=1/2×25×32

=16×25

=350
