The types are formal and informal

- There are two types of organisation, these are -
Formal -
- Every business has its own set of rules and procedures that govern how workers interact at work, thereby aiding in the smooth operation of the business.
- It also provides a logical flow of interactions among the staff. All of this is accomplished through this type.
Informal -
- There are no written or set standards for this type and it is flexible. Essentially, it is a complicated network of spontaneously formed social ties among people.
- It also cannot be coerced or administered by the management
