Hello!!

When Baking soda is heated strongly , it forms sodium bicarbonate along with CO2 and H20.

CHEMICAL EQUATION-----

NaHCO3 + heat ----- > Na2CO3 + CO2 + H20

(Here- heat is used as a catalyst)
