Variation is a very important concept in our world. Let me explain with an example. Lets suppose everybody on Earth looks, speaks and have the same characteristics. There would be a lot of major consequences. Those include the way to do a task is the same, perspective is the same, people will have the same creativity, which would not help the nation to progress. That is why diversity has a major role in the world. Besides, variation is what makes a population, a population.
