Answer:

alpha = 2 + root 3

beta = 2 - root 3

alpha + beta = 2 + root 3 + 2 - root 3

= 2+ 2

= 4

but , alpha + beta = -b/a = 4

assume a = 1

then -b = 4

so, b= -4

alpha*beta = (2 + root 3 )*(2 - root 3)

= 4 - 2 root 3 + 2 root 3 - 3

= 4 -3

= 1

but , alpha*beta = c/a = 1

as we have considered a = 1

then c = 1

so our values are ,

a = 1

b = -4

c = 1

polynomial = ax^2 + bx + c

= 1x^2 + (-4)x + 1

= x^2 - 4x + 1

so your required polynomial is ( x^2 - 4x + 1 )

hope this helps!!
