21.a very tricky one
so out of 5 balls there is at least 1 red
this means maximum number of green marbles can be 5-1=4
out of 6 balls there is at least 1 green
this means maximum number of red marbles can be 6-1=5
total number of marbles=5+4=9
you can check it yourself
(so the trick was to take the worst case where we get only 1 red and 1 green respectively)
